Redactando Mundos matches clients with dedicated, bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual assistants for administrative, customer service, content, lead follow-up, CRM, and market-research support.
Services are billed at a flat hourly rate, up to a maximum of 6 hours per day per assistant. Clients who prepay the full month receive a discount on that month's total. There is no long-term contract or setup fee. Arrangements beyond the standard daily maximum are handled case by case.
Since there's no long-term contract, clients may adjust or end services with reasonable notice — message us on WhatsApp to make changes.
Primary communication happens over WhatsApp and email. Response times may vary outside of Atlanta business hours.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
